I am beyond grateful for the staff here for treating my Dad with such dignity for two and a half years. They went above and beyond to ensure he was comfortable, my Mom was supported and the family welcomed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ♥️

Can not beleive the attitude of staff i think they have forgotten that these residence are customers, I waa appalled to find unattensed wounds on my friends legs and the explanation his wheel chair caused them. He calls it a prison and I used to tease him about that now I am not so sure
You call this place and you get a call center in Toronto. In other reviews they say to call the Regional Director and provide a number but it rings 3 times and hangs up.
