The manager here is so kind. He made our stay so enjoyable! Make sure to say hi to him and he will give you area tips to try out!
Just trying to get a reservation was a challenge. The gentleman who answered the phone was extremely rude verging on hostile. I didn't get two sentences out before he began to berate me on the phone and became confrontational almost immediately. I will never stay here. Don't even call them!

Definitely go rock climbing outdoors, even if you've never been. The guides are helpful and you get this amazing adrenaline rush as you climb to the top.
