Super amazing deals on name brand outdoor gear - not only in the bargain basement but all over the store! Staff are super helpful and friendly and recommended the most amazing hike when we asked!

Not clean. Bed bug droppings. Attempted to charge for night we did not stay. If not for our bank alerts we would not have noticed. No apology. Reported to BBB. Almost forgot. Ants everywhere! Mattress covered in urine stains or something. Went and purchased new sheets and plastic to sleep on. Next time we will stay under a bridge or overpass. I believe the five star reviews to be self generated. Stay at your own risk! Bring slippers to shower in.

This hotel is incompetent. Don't stay here. They charged our card one month in advance of our stay and then did not apologize when they made the mistake.

The price was ok but the room was out of date and dirty. The bed didnt even have a skirt to hid the two old twin matresses that made up the box spring of the bed. Dust all over the chairs, stains on the tables. Took my shoes off and my socks turned black from walking around on the carpet. No turn down service. the only plus is it wasn't to expensive.

A very clean, decent hotel for not a big price and in Estes Park that is refreshing. The girl at the front desk when we checked in on Friday night was very friendly and went out of her way to make sure we had the extra pillows we requested as well as a box fan from the office for our use.

It's a good place to stock up on forgotten items like socks layers and hydration packs!

After reading the reviews I was scared to stay here, but decided to give it a shot anyway. The staff was nice. The location was excellent to where all the shops were. Pets stayed free in certain rooms with a refundable $50 deposit. There was no air, but it was comfortable. Next visit to the Rockies we will stay here again. It was a good room for the price. Everything was clean and comfortable.
