They took my family member that was discharged from the ER. And after a few days kicked her out, without her ID and her belongings and shuttled her to a homeless shelter in Atlanta that doesn’t even do intake. Where she was denied entry and left her to fend for herself. They’re be lucky if I don’t sue them and get them closed down! I’m discussing my case with the lawyer now.
Doesnt treat any mental health. Just gives a bunch of medication and kicks the patient out to fend for themselves. Will use up the money from their insurance then let them go with no plan.
We are incredibly grateful for the adolescent PHP program at Ridgeview. Our daughter has struggled with her mental health for years, and as parents it has been heartbreaking at times trying to find the right support for her. This program truly made a difference in her life. We have seen more progress during her time here than we have in a very long time, and that has given our family so much hope. Agree with other comments, the front desk staff and the discharge coordinator was the only pleasant experience. My mother was admitted and I left several unanswered messages and when it was time for discharge is when I spoke to the person in charge. She was short, nasty and very unprofessional, she hung up on me also. I don’t care how overwhelmed you may feel, quality of care should still be top priority. I pray my mother never have to go back to this facility because it’s unprofessional and unorganized
