We are incredibly grateful for the adolescent PHP program at Ridgeview. Our daughter has struggled with her mental health for years, and as parents it has been heartbreaking at times trying to find the right support for her. This program truly made a difference in her life. We have seen more progress during her time here than we have in a very long time, and that has given our family so much hope. Agree with other comments, the front desk staff and the discharge coordinator was the only pleasant experience. My mother was admitted and I left several unanswered messages and when it was time for discharge is when I spoke to the person in charge. She was short, nasty and very unprofessional, she hung up on me also. I don’t care how overwhelmed you may feel, quality of care should still be top priority. I pray my mother never have to go back to this facility because it’s unprofessional and unorganized
I am so pleased with Ridgeview Outpatient. I received the best possible care. I want to thank Duane, Melanie (especially Melanie) and Alexa, McKayla & Valerie, Alice for all their compassion. This is not a mentally stable environment that taught me how to cope with suicidal ideology. Roberto Norniella used less than 5 minutes of his time to diagnose me. I was in the building on Adult 1, unit 2 east for 12 days, saw that person that paid to be called a doctor for less time than a speed dating event interaction, and never saw or spoke to Roberto again.
