DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. Our family had a horrible experience. I am in the waiting room to pick up my adult child and I hear FOUR OTHER FAMILIES complaining loudly about lies at drop off / intake, refused family visits, promised calls not returned to parents and giving meds unauthorized by parents and private doctors. My child’s blood pressure has been “extremely dangerous” for days. Some patients without family advocates have been here over NINETY DAYS. Try LAURELWOOD in Gainesville instead.

I haven't been to ridgeview but my husband he's in there so far I like how they're treating him and taking good care of my husband his name is ricky smith thank you for taking care of him I really appreciate it
If I can give this place a zero I would I've never been to the worstest nastiest place ever The nurses deny me my medicine I fell out in the kitchen because they wouldn't give me me one certain medicine this is not a place to go
