Do Not, I repeat Do Not Apply for these apartments... The leasing Agent or office manger is rude, unprofessional, lies, and very disrespectful... She is the reason I chose Not to rent from them... She was aware I was looking for a place that is income based, come to find out after paying my application fee and giving her my 350.00$ deposit Not All the units are income based, that doesnt even make sense... And don't follow up on there mice infested apt per city orders Very,very mice want you to live any type way you trapped in aptments with no help cant cook or eat living there 3200 hardesty dr apt 1 beware is all i got to say see attached of aptment only about the money,the city should shut them down infested same as boulevard village, samething different name pictures coming(dont) do it !!!
So I got approved for a 2 bedroom apartment and I went up there today 10/04/2024 to pay my first month rent. The black woman that be in the office with the little hair bun told me the apartment would be available 10/15 but told me a week later she could have it available on the 7th. I went up there today because they said the pro rated rent was $675 for 10/7- through the first of November. I told them the pro rated rent was off because the rent is $779 so if I miss a whole week there’s no way it’s only $100 off the rent. The... read more
These apartments are infested with roaches even in the updated buildings. My daughter got bit by one and left a huge mark on her neck😱. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.
