Happy to call Ridgeview gardens home. The boardwalk office and maintenance team are both professional and clear in communication and respects your privacy and laws with 24 hour entry notices (except in the event of an emergency fire etc). Landscape work is done on the regular and salt put down after snow falls, which is nice in preventing slips! Their is plenty of parks and pathways if you like and the suits have their own washer and dryer 🙂
They fixed my eave-trough and dryer vent cover with no hassles or lengthy time lines.
I currently rent a townhouse here from Paula the resident manager. She has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend them.
Paula is not professional at all. I have been living here for more than a year. She tried to charge me the fee of breaking the contract, which is impossible. After one year contract, I paid month by month!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! REPLY: Did you talk with Paula? She knows which units she attempted to charge but failed. I am written here just warning the other tenants to be aware of.

Use video recordings, voice recordings, and photos—whatever you can—to create a record of all communications. If you make a phone call, record it. You may need it later, even years down the road.
