Paula from Ridgeview Gardens was amazing!!! She made our move out to a new and bigger unit so easy and quick. I strongly recommend on seeing her here at Ridgeview Gardens to inquire about a rental.
Loved living here for the last five years, management was easy to deal with and on top of any maintenance requests that I had. The location is great very close to Beaver dam flats! The move out process was easy, I received my full deposit back!
Happy to call Ridgeview gardens home. The boardwalk office and maintenance team are both professional and clear in communication and respects your privacy and laws with 24 hour entry notices (except in the event of an emergency fire etc). Landscape work is done on the regular and salt put down after snow falls, which is nice in preventing slips! Their is plenty of parks and pathways if you like and the suits have their own washer and dryer 🙂
They fixed my eave-trough and dryer vent cover with no hassles or lengthy time lines.
I currently rent a townhouse here from Paula the resident manager. She has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend them.
