We rented Ridge View Center for our daughter's pre wedding festivities. The venue is extremely beautiful and well maintained! RVC made our occasion so special! Thank you to Director of Sales to who helped us to organize this entire function.
Very unprofessional. I even was told by a “Kimmy” (who I was informed was a manager) to “get off my phone” and I was a guest there.
In response to the response on one of the reviews. The bride’s mother had ABSOLUTELY NO connection to the reservation for this space. My grandmother and aunt catered for an event and was promised the space for an event date of their choice. There was no effort to uphold their end of the agreement. And used my mother as a bargaining chip when she was never apart of the rental agreement. Within the last year, this company has gone downhill due to their lack of structure in management. So, no. I was scheduled to have my wedding reception there July 19th, 2025 , up to 6 months in advance. Everything was set in stone and no modifications were made to that reservation for 6 months. My mother ( who worked in the dining department) placed her two weeks notice in and on that same day ( today July 2nd,2025 ) they magically decide to request a $1,000 deposit due in the next 7 days.
