What a dump this place is. Looked at a townhouse unit empty and for rent. The kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets were all rotted with mold GROSS ! Carpets and walls were black and dirt stained. I’m not renting here no thank you!
No pets... no thanks
Majority of the homes are unfriendly and rude neighbors. Manager can be nosey and unorganized, and was not very reasonable about numerous things. Personally just think it’s the management and the area that makes this place a one star in my book.
