In our one year in our beautiful home, we have had nothing but positive interactions with the Pulte team.
Pulte is a disgrace. Please go with Landsea. Anthony and the Pulte sales team is an absolute disgrace. Absolutely no communication for months until it was time to close. Will be going to court to collect deposit.
