We were in and out in 15 minutes on a Sunday for urgent care. I’ve waited for hours up in Chaska, but I had heard the Belle Plaine location is usually not busy. Got great care for my son and out of there in a flash. Will definitely return!
I have always had bad experiences getting my blood drawn, but today I was in and out 5 minutes, felt perfectly fine and it barely hurt all thanks to Kelly C. I have really deep veins that most people can never find and it usually takes more than 2 pokes. She did it immediately even though it was indeed deep. She was absolutely FANTASTIC. I have never had this kind of thing happen and I’m just shocked, Kelly C is absolutely great. Give her a raise. They have selective response disorder and cost 1600$ an hour
Was there awhile back for some personal issue that I wanted to get checked out fast. The nurse that examined me made a horrible comment about what i do with my body because i was nervous about an object being inserted into me. I was speechless and so nervous to ever go back again because of the insane amount of judgment from her due to my age and my choices. Ps. I have had no other issues since then and have had nothing but welcoming arms from the other staff.
