I was seen last Tuesday and I was very put off by the Dr. She at one point giggled when I told her how extremely sick I can get post Covid. Her bedside manner was very stand offish, she seemed like she was superior to me and I left feeling a little defeated. No medication, just do salt water rinses, Tylenol, plenty of fluids, the usual from a Dr. And here I am today with Bronchitis and Sinusitis.....Thank you for letting me suffer all weekend with my salt water rinses! Just very disappointed with this Dr and her manner.
I was so impressed at the service and care I received at Belle Plaine's Ridgeview Urgent Care. Everyone was very sympathetic and reassuring, as I came in quite ill. The woman at the front desk was so helpful. The nurse who roomed me was super friendly and kind, and the doctor was helpful and quick! I was in and out in less than 45 minutes, which included an x-ray. Excellent care and great service!
The staff were so kind and helpful. They were able to see me quickly and perform the stitches I needed. So thankful for them!
