We were in and out in 15 minutes on a Sunday for urgent care. I’ve waited for hours up in Chaska, but I had heard the Belle Plaine location is usually not busy. Got great care for my son and out of there in a flash. Will definitely return!
I have always had bad experiences getting my blood drawn, but today I was in and out 5 minutes, felt perfectly fine and it barely hurt all thanks to Kelly C. I have really deep veins that most people can never find and it usually takes more than 2 pokes. She did it immediately even though it was indeed deep. She was absolutely FANTASTIC. I have never had this kind of thing happen and I’m just shocked, Kelly C is absolutely great. Give her a raise.
