Started with therapy but didnt have a chance bc a friend talk to her therapist about me then she went n talked to my therapist so that isn't right that stuff supposed to be between me n my therapist already uncomfortable to open up to a stranger even more now bc they think they know me n judge me real helpful
I have had need of mental health services since I was a kid, and have gotten the most help here by far. The staff cares, and they have helped get me into programs that are a massive help and are making a difference in my personal life.
