The people who work here really care about you and helping you. The drs work with you and actually take what you say seriously. I’m very thankful and grateful for the support and encouragement that you’ve given me and no hospital food is great but they really try here. I just wanna say thank you so much for everything you’ve done to help me. I really respect this place and recommend it
I’ve used their services before but most recently when I tried going back for therapy. I went and got told to wait, I met with 2 people and my intake was 3 hours. It was only after I came back 4 days after not getting a call back they promised that they bothered to tell me there would be a waitlist. I’m grateful people are able to get help here but I’ve had too many instances where something wasn’t communicated properly through this building and I was left waiting and wondering if I’d get a response. It's my safe place the staff greets me when I arrive each day
My experience was wonderful. The girl who did my intake paperwork was an angel. Her name was Jennifer. She explained everything so that it was easy to understand and made me feel so peaceful. Walking through the door to get help was so hard, but she made it easy. She reminded me that no matter where I am in life that I am still wanted and loved . Sobriety isn’t easy, but she is 100 percent the reason I am alive. Sometimes all you need is one person to remind you how loved and wanted you are and she is as that person for me. ... read more
