The lady at the front desk accuse me of yelling at her and hung up on me .total crisis actors not really there for your mental health when you need them the most.
They waste a lot of your time. They say you can see a psychiatrist the same day as starting with you but really, you have to wait for your care team to have a meeting. I think it's just easier to change insurance so I can start seeing my psychiatrist again. They also do not prescribe any controlled substances. So beware of that.
Good people, kind, competent. The meds guy was an awesome dude. Wish I remembered his name. And Laura was so sweet and very knowledgeable and patient. The other skills group lady was awesome too, can't remember her name either maybe Meredith. The people working the drink station were all awesome. And finally the provider team. I genuinely believe y'all made the correct diagnosis and prescribed appropriately.

I’m grateful that Ridgeview is th... read more
The medical director refused to treat me but would offer no reason. I was in crisis but could not get assistance. I waited a month for them to review my medical records, then had to chase my intake worker (Erin) down via telephone only to find out the medical director refused to treat me. There were no follow up questions asked after my intake. No one ever communicated with me. I was just left dangling in the wind. Total Nightmare.
