It's been Quite 2 years since i rented an apartment here, very beautiful place, quite, next to down town where i work (25min walking) next to Dow's Lake, easy access to the Highway, a grocery store in the same street. The prive is interesting. I would give it 5 stars, i gave 4 insteed because i have an issue with the temperature inside the apartment, this issue is due to the condition of the windows, but it seems to be only in my apartment. It takes time to be fixed.
Nice apartments with great sunset views - the only issue is it’s very old and have some ventilation issues. Other than that good place to live
