I LIVED HERE FOR 4 YEARS AND I HAVE NEVER HAD PROBLEMS WITH PREVOIUS MANAGEMENT, IT IS NOW UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT AND OWNER AND SO FAR NO PROBLEMS IF ANYTHING THEY ARE WORKING HARD TO GET THE COMPLEX IN BETTER SHAPE, IE: NEW TOILETS, NEW ROOFS, NO RESTRICTION ABOUT CABLE TV, NEW LIGHTS HAVE BEEN INSTALLED TROUGHT OUT THE COMPLEX, GOOD NEIGHBORS, I WILL RENEW MY LEASE THIS OCTOBER 2015.
Management do not care about resident personal property or safety. The ground keeper blows dirt on our cars and doesnt get it off,there is very poor lighting around the apartments at night, it takes forever to get things fixed in the apartments. So, whatever you do just pass by, for your own sake!!!
What ever you do dont stop keep driving. Trust me you do not want to move in this hell hole. Ms. Frazier is the landlord from hell who intemidate tenants that fear her and horrass the ones who dont. Your lease is subject to change depending on if she like you or not.
