My Dad passed away in his apartment and I have been calling for over 2 weeks to the office and no answer. The neighbors have went in his house and stole everything they could and staying in his apartment because door had to be broke down. Yet his home has been tossed and management is nowhere to be found and doesn't even have knowledge that my Father was in his apartment deceased for 2 days.
This place is a literal dump. The building looks abandoned and there's literally trash everywhere. I was delivering food to the house on the same street and I thought I had run into a land fill. It's scary and feels really unsafe.
A filthy nightmare of a place. RUN THE OTHER WAY.
I lived there 5 years and each year it got worse the first year there was the only time ANY personal (owner management, maintenance, leasing office). Rumor has it the place is being condemned.
