Unethical practices. The apartment continuously staffs the office with rude, incompetent people. They constantly loose paperwork and make up numbers that current and previous tenants owe. On one occasion a previous office staff member confided in me that they only take government assistance for the benefits even though they only have one resident who qualifies - all others who come in or call they tell them they're full on who they can take.
