A few weeks ago, I applied for an apartment here. I had a cat, so they charged me a 300 dollar pet fee. However, my cat passed away while I was preparing to move in. I contacted them by email to get a refund and never received any reply. I've continued sending them emails and still no response. The application said that there was a non-refundable application fee, not a non-refundable pet fee. Besides that, the website says the application fee would be waived. Yet, they still charged me. I would not say arguably the worst place I have ever lived. This IS the worst place I've ever lived. I have lived here since 2021. Jennifer Reed ran the paperwork side of the complex while her husband did the maintenance. At the time, it was the best, most taken care of place I ever lived. Tucked away, quiet, and peaceful. Weren't the most "clean" or "up-to-date" units, but they were not dirty or anything by any means. Jennifer was absolutely wonderful. The apartment flooded on move in day, apparently happens every time it rains and despite calling emergency maintanence/informing management, no action has been taken yet. I'm considering breaking the lease.

I lived here for 1 year, january 2021 to january 2022. I really didn't have many problems with this place at all. I didn't like a couple of my neighbors at all but that's not Jennifer's fault so it's irrelevant. Jennifer is incredible, she's one of the nicest people i've ever met in my life. Matt, the maintenance man, is very nice too and gets stuff done quickly and if he makes a mess doing a maintenance job, he will not leave a mess in your apartment!
