I lived here for 1 year, january 2021 to january 2022. I really didn't have many problems with this place at all. I didn't like a couple of my neighbors at all but that's not Jennifer's fault so it's irrelevant. Jennifer is incredible, she's one of the nicest people i've ever met in my life. Matt, the maintenance man, is very nice too and gets stuff done quickly and if he makes a mess doing a maintenance job, he will not leave a mess in your apartment! Never had any real issues with other residents, noise, the landlord, or any of the appliances in my apt. It was a cozy, (relatively) cheap space that got me through college. Do wish there was more visitor parking, but other than that, a fine place to live. The stray cats are cute and wonderful.
Been here for 5 years. Staff is friendly apartments are clean. Great place to live. Please do not look at the previous review. Ridgeview is a wonderful community with lots of nice people no animals runnning around. Oh after thinking about the previous review overnight. Was you the lady about 5 yrs ago that had the fire department and hazement team at complex and they found nothing
Loose dogs & cats; disturbances; criminal activity; strong chemicals & heavy carpet fresheners dumped in the halls to try to hide the smell of animal urine. I acquired a lung disease, management didn't care. Frequent water problems, leaks & damage. My time there was a nightmare. Avoid this place if you can.
