Perfect apartment for those who want to be HASSLED!!! I contacted this HELL HOLE November of 2012, when I went to have a tour the first lady who worked there named Kara showed me around and I loved it. Very clean and new, rent was quoted at $979. Never was I told there was a MANDATORY cable FEE of $80 with comcast. That didn't start us off on the right foot. When I went to speak to the same lady who signed me up, turned out she had QUIT!
