I am so disappointed in this vet clinic. This was our family vet growing up when it was just Dr. Hesse. I thought I’d give him a shot with my new puppy. He was seen and had a clear fecal at his first appointment. He had just been groomed by a professional al groomer the day of his appointment and Dr Baca told me his ears were extremely dirty (they were not) and said he had a very bad rash on his belly (he did not) and I needed medicated shampoo to scrub his belly daily. The staff are very accommodating to your pets needs as well as being compassionate for love of animals.
Our dog was bitten badly by another dog last night after 8 and they let us bring him down to be seen. Everyone was so sweet. Dr. Stephens was awesome! She came out and let us know what she planned on doing then came out again after. She answered all our questions and was just so sweet. I definitely would recommend this vet they are wonderful!
The Caring and knowledgeable staff is great with my dogs. My animals are pretty low maintenance so I’m not here often. But I always look forward to the visit and my dogs aren’t scared of them!
Excellent service and couldn’t find a nicer set of staff anywhere
I recommended Ridgeview 4 years ago and I’m here to recommend them again! In the past 4 years, they’ve taken care of 4 different dogs for me! The most important being the euthanizing of my first furbaby back in 2017. They were incredibly comforting, understanding and even sent a card with condolences with the staff’s signatures. That means a lot. They fixed another vet’s mistakes for another one of my dogs as well. Today, they went above and beyond. I had 2 dogs with me for shots and my 4 year old.
