The staff is very caring and they provide loving care for each animal that they see. I would highly recommend their services to anyone I know.
I wouldn't trust my pets to anyone but Ridgetown Animal Hospital. They take great care of them while I work during the day.
They are located down the street from my office. I always pass by them. I had my first visit and they were very good! Our appointment started on time.

When I go in with my dog to see Dr. Segrest we never wait more than 10 minutes to see him. My dog is very active and cannot sit for very long so it is great to get into our appointment quickly.
The staff was caring and the doctors were able to give me a professional opinion.
After my house trained dog had a terribly disgusting accident in my car after picking him up at 10am from boarding I called to ask why my dog had to go so badly, thinking he had been walked already. They told me dogs are never let out- that they have raised kennels they are expected to use the bathroom through, even though most dogs are trained to not potty in their kennels or where they sleep.
