My apartment is pretty nice, very spacious. I believe it was recently renovated. The grounds however are a mess. There is so much trash, in the parking lot, sidewalks, in the grass, currently a diaper in the pool area. There is also dog poop all over the large common grassy area where I would otherwise want to play Frisbee or catch. The gate that was mentioned 7 years ago is still broken.

I stayed here for about 18mos due to being military. The neighbors are definitely loud and the walls are thin. You can hear people shut their car and home doors every morning. There was only 1 dumpster for the whole complex. The gate has been down for 90% of my stay during residency. The apartment I moved into was decent for the price and space. Hardly ever had maintenance issues but when I did it was taken care of in a decent time frame. Jordan was amazing with customer service everytime I needed anything!
