Ridgestone Apartments Previously Rivermill Apartments, Ridgestone was recently taken over by a new property management company. My apartment is small and simple. There's no carpet padding in the living room so my neighbor below beats on her ceiling every time I walk around because you can hear every foot step. The back porch has freshly painted bee hives that the maintenance crew didn't think to take down before painting the back porch so they just painted over them. RidgeStone - I've been happy here for over 5 yrs. When I moved to the Hudson area in 2010 I found this property. The features which drew me here were: excellent location, (close to grocery stores, ethnic restaurants, fast-food restaurants and banking). Also, all apartments here have a great screened in porch. Love the new look! Resident of 4 years and I am very happy with the way the apartments have did a complete turn around. Property looks great and maintenance is amazing. I had 2 maintenance issues and they where solved right away but the new supervisor Ryan. Very friendly. Danielle the manager is always very friendly and has such a great spirit to her. The only wish i have is that the 1 bedroom has washer dryer hookups. But in all, great property and very happy to call my home. Thank you Ridgestone!
