False statements No maintenance, or a man that is clueless. I have been waiting for almost 3 years for my air conditioning unit to be fixed. Flooding, at least once a week, from air unit. So unkeep. Laundry room, grounds, garbage area. Police in the complex,all the time. Hours are 8-5. Your lucky if you get anyone, at 2:45. Im Home I have lived here 3 1/2 years now and have been through the change in management twice. As to be expected there were ups and downs in all cases, but honestly for me, nothing negative is remarkable all the way around. As a whole the only issue I see currently is that corporate needs to get a couple more employees. Kevin our maintenance man is one of the nicest people who has worked at this complex and hes out there ALL the time,even sometimes on the weekends (possibly on his own time)doing everything he possibly can. ... read more

Horrible, unprofessional, dangerous place to live. EXETREMEMLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I ignored the reviews and moved in anyways, the maintenance man ran over my foot 3 times on purpose with his golf cart when I asked for my mail key, which, I still haven't gotten after 2 months of living here. There is wasps nest all over and a sink hole. He doesn't even know how to fix A/C and there are tenants who are STILL in 80 degree apartments because of this. Please. Please don't move here. Awful Completely awful. For 2 months now my AC has not worked. Says right in the lease they provide AC & heating & deal with all repairs. It's been 90 degrees & up. They haven't even tried to fix anything since I moved in here over a year ago.
Great for the price We've lived here for about 4 years now and since the new owners took over it's been great. Danni in the office is super friendly and helpful. The renovations really make a difference.
New Resident and loving it! I moved in about a month ago, and i am very happy with my choice. I looked for about a month, and everywhere is so high, and I ran into the lady in the office at the gas station and asked her where the apartments where at after seeing her shirt. The next day took a tour and loved it. I have never rented before so was not sure what to expect, but my experience was great. Great living at an affordable price! Ridgestone Apartments is a wonderful community to live in. The apartments are well kept and the property is well maintained. Ridgestone provides apartments that are beautiful and affordable. They are conveniently located in Hudson, Florida with shopping right next door! There are also quite a few well named banks right up the road for convenience as well. The community is just wonderful! It's very quiet at night and during the day as well. This is an awesome place to live!
You will regret it! If you love being nickled and dimed to death, then this is the place for you! If you love getting notices on your door several times a month with new regulations and more ways to be fined, then you will be in heaven! Management is always seeking ways to "fine" you for something here. There is a lovely pool here, but you can't swim in it. It has been closed since I moved in and all through the summer.
