Had a fine surgery. Set up a payment plan with my HSA card. Got a call from collections for my bill a few months later. I was confused on the lack of communication and I thought my payment paln was set up, but someone must not have finalized it. I didn't get any communication that the payments were not being made. Currently looking into how this happened and making sure the payments didnt actually go through. So, a bummer experience. I would go elsewhere.

I’ve unfortunately had to come here twice over the past year, and after my experiences, I will not return. On both visits, I waited more than four hours before receiving meaningful care. I understand that emergency departments have to prioritize patients based on medical urgency, but a long wait is much harder to accept when there is little communication, little apparent reassessment, and patients are simply left sitting in pain for hours. At 23 weeks pregnant I came to Deathview 4 times prior for leaking amniotic fluid. Nobody ever tested the fluid, instead I got eye rolls, called a paranoid mom, "Google" educated, and was told "you're just urinating", sorry but as a women you know the difference. On the day I turned 23 weeks gestation I started having contractions. I was sent to L&D where a nurse put a monitor around my stomach, never plugging anything in, she left, nobody else came in to do an exam, labs, nothing. Worst ER experience I've ever had. I was there with my toddler for over 3 hours and saw more people leave without treatment than got to see a Dr. The front desk had no answers and claimed thier beds were all full and they said it could be 3 or more hours to see a Dr and then that much time again to get results. People were there so long they had to get vitals rechecked. Left worried my son sick but no one would see him.
