The Ridges has been a HUGE blessing to our family! The staff is incredibly caring and goes out of their way to offer support and make the residents feel loved and cared for. We are so grateful to have found this placement and have worked closely with staff and been so impressed as to the care and consideration of our loved ones well-being and happiness. Communication has been seamless and staff does a great job of implementing changes and interventions immediately. We are so thankful for the amazing team!
I helped my neighbor move to Ridges several months ago and she is so happy she did! She loves her apt and has made many friends, participates in events, and enjoys life again. I can’t say enough about the help she has received from the staff and George the director is a particularly helpful and caring person. The services they provide are exceptional- taking residents to doctors, shopping,etc. thank you Ridges for such a well run, clean and safe place to live!!!
Horrible employees sleep on duty and don't care about the residents. Stay away unless you want your family members hurt. Management let me go because they didn't like me to tell them things. Bad things with the residents. Bug's rats roaches crawling on residents leg's. Horrible place
My mom moved into this place a year ago. From the beginning her main door lock wasn't working right. She turned in more than 1 work order to get it fix and they kept giving her the excuse they don't have the part or no one knew how to fix it(replace). She didn't want me to say anything out of FEAR OF BEING EVICTED. She as seen tenants get evicted for stupid reasons.
