Great apartments that just need some TLC/updates. The actual building is well built and I haven't had any noise issues with neighbors! Office staff has been great! The appliances are all kind of cheap/outdated for the price and all of the windows are single pane so the apartment does get pretty hot during the day. The wall AC unit works okay but is also old and struggles to keep up. Overall I would recommend!

All apartments are filled with black mold that are covered with paint. Many buildings have mice in them, even on the second floor. New parking must park in the garage or you will get towed....even people with parking stickers have been getting towed and having to pay $350 to get your car back from milwaukee. Visitor parking has very few spaces. Rent will go up every year---new people coming into to the complex will be paying $500 less then tenants that have been there for years. My neighbors and management have been impeccable. I honestly have zero complaints about the apartment complex. When I came for a tour 8 months ago the apartment was clean and I was shown not just the one I'm living in now, but another. In the situation I was in I needed a place ASAP and they were able to accommodate me. This is such a pet friendly apartment complex and it's so hard to find a place that accepts large breeds and doesn't discriminate on any breed either. The neighbors I have are fantastic and friendly. We have been here over a year now and we love it! The staff is the best! They work so hard to make our community as perfect as can be, its almost like a little resort here! If somthing needs repared they are here in minutes to fix it. All of our Neighbors are great , it wouldnt be the way it is if it wasnt for the great staff!
