We love it here, the grounds are beautiful, it's affordable, maintenance is QUICK. All out neighbors are nice and quiet. The people in the office are so sweet . The sidewalks next to the grounds lead right to DT lake geneva. Right off 50 X 12 conveniently.
I recommend working with anyone besides Kori. The other lady in the office was very helpful.
Move in - busted shower head, busted AC, clogged garbage disposal. 1 month after move in two smokers moved into different units in my building and the smoke transfer is awful. Mngmt wants me to pay $4k to break my lease to get away from it or live in a hotbox for the next year. Would not recommend. Not at all worth the price point considering the lack of respect and support you'll receive if you have any issues.
