Ridges of Geneva East is a great place to live Katie and Corey are awesome at what they do and Ben is the best people here are friendly the grounds are well maintained if there is a maintenance issue Ben is all over it like white on rice affordable rent also highly recommend this place great pool too 😁
I have been a resident of this little village for 10 years.Katie and Cori the property managers go above and beyond to get everything taken care of in a timely manner. They have excellent communication skills and wont keep you waiting if you have questions Now let me tell you about Ben the top maintenance manager. He ROCKS getting things done within a good time frame. I have no complaints! Ridges and Ben do excellent maintaining the properties
We love it here, the grounds are beautiful, it's affordable, maintenance is QUICK. All out neighbors are nice and quiet. The people in the office are so sweet . The sidewalks next to the grounds lead right to DT lake geneva. Right off 50 X 12 conveniently.
I recommend working with anyone besides Kori. The other lady in the office was very helpful.
