Edit: They did make genuine attempts to resolve these leaks not long after posting this review, and my new rating reflects that. It is still disappointing that it took many work orders and over a year for them to address problems that should have been resolved much sooner. Awful. For over a year, rainwater has been leaking into my apartment from the front door and kitchen door. They've officially indicated that no further repairs or evaluation will be done and do not care that water intrudes into my home.

No one entered my apartment to attempt repairs. The CD told me to put a washcloth next to the window because water pooling into the apartment is normal. The leak was enough to soak a bath towel, and I was fortunate to be home when it happened. I will not be recommending this property.
Staff was friendly, efficient, and informative, especially Ber and Andres. I enjoyed visiting with them
