My experience at Ridgepointe has been nothing but good. The apartments seem to very well maintained. They are on top of work orders and maintaining a clean environment for the apartment. Overall I am highly satisfied.
I've been moved in for about a week and half by this point and so far everything has been good. There have been a few issues here and there, but they were dealt with and corrected very quickly. The Office Staff have been very kind, professional, and helpful. I am a very picky person at times and you can be sure that if anything changes or it goes south I WILL be saying something. This complex has violated ARS 33-1324, Section 4, and didn't even offer an apology when it cost me $1,200. I moved in mid-December. From day one, all of the outlets in my living room and dining rooms were clearly defective - plugs would fall out immediately with no resistance, and some outlets had such poor internal connections that power would cut in and out at a fast pace.
