The dentist was very nice and gentle. The staff were friendly and helped me feel calm. The place was clean and I felt safe. I had a good visit and will come back again.
Dr Shalini, Melissa and my nurse were extremely polite and warm. They accommodated me well when I missed my appointment as well. The xray and cleaning was quicker and more painless(gagging) compared to other clinics I've been. They also gave me good word of advice on oral hygiene. Extremely happy with my experience.
Price is too high from other places and when you ask for a minimized receipt they make excuses
Do NOT take your kids to this office!! They had us reschedule because Dr shallu is the only provider in network with our insurance and apparently she only works on Mondays. Once we entered, they had us change the room multiple times because their machines were not working. They left my 8 year old in the x-ray room for more than 30 minutes by himself. Once they moved him to a room, the hygienist Sue kept going to other rooms as well. She only spent 5-10 minutes properly in the room. All she did was brush his teeth and said we... read more
