Completely unprofessional without any regard for their neighbors, owners couldn’t care less about other peoples property damage and offered no help
Today I finally spoke to someone after calling for a week. You think after me calling six times someone would return a phone call, but no. During this conversation, he was very short, did not want to give me information and was trying to get off of the phone. I honestly don't know how they could of sold anything if this is how he responds to phone calls and speaks to people... Good Luck!
Great people really know what they're doing
Poor communication, antiquated methods "I'll leave your contract in spec home mailbox" (what, is this 1968?), no attention to detail, highly inflated pricing structure, incorrect info on contract etc. - just an overall poor experience attempting to build. I would highly suggest looking for a more competent GC (builder) who will spend some time making sure your needs are met and ensuring an accurate, complete contract is drafted.
