Vets will talk over you and completely disregard what you are saying, especially if you are a younger person. They deflect when a concern/problem occurs and do not properly diagnose your pet but rather just state whatever is easier to make it a quick fix and send you on your way. My family’s dog was given the wrong care instructions and dosage of prescription which led to a $1100 ER vet visit only 5 hours after being seen at this “animal hospital” and that visit costing $550.

I just want to say thank you very much for seeing us today. We had never been a patient before and I had only known a few veterinarians who saw small animals. After being on the phone all day at work trying to find help another veterinarian recommended you. I know how hard it must be during a pandemic to be able to take care of your own patients let alone a new one and one with a very sick piggy. Staff and Vets are kind, understanding and thorough. They will listen and ask about issues, and provide full disclosure of recommended services/meds before proceeding.
I love Dr Houska he takes very good care and genuinely cares about the pet as if it is his own Answers all my questions and doesn’t make me feel funny for worring so much
Love these ppl friendly and tell you everything you need to know for your babies!
The vet techs are so awesome with our pup and Houska is very knowledgeable. I love that he takes the time to explain things to us and makes sure we understand everything. Everyone is very friendly as well! Highly recommend.
