Marissa, the property manager, gave us a fantastic tour of the property, and we were genuinely impressed. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us promptly and was incredibly kind and welcoming. I called about their pet policy and some other information. The lady over the phone said additional information was in the brochure and proceeded to schedule a tour. I wasted 20 minutes traveling to said scheduled appointment and not even the base model was available. I didn’t have to come up here if my questions were answered over the phone.
We lived here for over a year and we loved it! The maintenance team is quick and friendly, the leasing team is also very helpful. The pool is mostly empty so its nice to enjoy peace and quiet. We loved the apartment and how convenient it was to get to trans mountain. The only thing we didn’t like was that the vent it right above the kitchen island, making cooking and food get cold quickly (which wasnt such a big deal, just annoying). Definitely recommended
My boyfriend and I lived at Ridgeline for about two years, and it was wonderful! Easily the best apartment complex we’ve ever lived in. The community amenities were beautiful; especially the pool. All of the staff and neighbors were so kind and easy to get along with.
