I lived in Ridgeline West for a year. It was a great experience. The staff there is exceptional. They are professional, courteous, welcoming and communicate well. Tiffany went above and beyond in the last few months leading up to my departure. The location is great with it's proximity to the outlet mall, other shopping areas, restaurants. Horrible management, petty charges and NOT pet/ service dog friendly at ALL the manager Marissa and her grounds keeper harasses tenants and creates unnecessary issues. If there was a zero rating they would get it. Military/ Vets stay away.
I really enjoyed living at Ridgeline West in El Paso. My apartment was perfect—spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was wonderful and always went above and beyond to help whenever I needed anything. I never had any issues with my neighbors, and the community felt peaceful and safe. My dog loved it too—plenty of space to walk and enjoy the outdoors! Overall, it’s a great place to live and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly and well-managed community.
I have nothing but wonderful reviews for Ridgeline West. Marissa is amazing. Up to date and right on the ball. So helpful. Marissa’s two assistants have also been so polite and helpful. Ridgeline is a well polished machine. Maintenance is above and beyond. The whole Complex is kept immaculate. Sorry I had to leave. N
