The care here is top-notch. Their sole issue is that they are so busy you must wait 2 weeks for an injured dog to be seen by their regular vet. I discuss the issue with them via email. The responses that I received were corporate speak and completely inadequate. Again, the care is good, the staff is wonderful. They're just too busy for their own good and they're driving people away. Their time management and scheduling ability are sorely lacking. So $2,000 at the ER vet and a new regular vet later.
Dr. Fenn was great. Very thorough. Explained everything and we felt his genuine concern for our little one. Staff was wonderful as well. It feels so good to take your pet to a wonderful doctor and clinic.
Absolutely do not spend money here if you are looking for a caring and reliable vet! I was so happy with my dogs surgery they did removed all her infected teeth smooth recovery. I didn’t say anything about being charged for the medicine when they scratched my dogs eye in surgery. But when my dog got sick and almost died they wouldn’t even answer I called left voicemails i text for 2 days straight they wouldn’t answer.
