I am so happy with the roof installation they completed for me. The professionalism, follow up and the whole process was excellent. The entire team went above and beyond to complete the roof with excellence! The roofers worked very hard to complete the roof and not a nail or piece of garbage left! Also added a few things I needed without extra charges. The owner followed up immediately and even stopped by to make sure the job was completed to my satisfaction.
Excellent service with wonderful customer service. I had damage to my roof and interior & Immediately a representative came out and assisted me in helping me with my repairs. Thank you for an amazing job done - I will definitely refer you to my family and friends
Unreliable and Poor Communication – Would Not Recommend About 6 months ago, I had a very frustrating experience with Ridgeline Roofing. They initially sent someone to inspect my roof, but after that, communication completely fell apart. The person assigned to my repair kept blowing me off, and I later found out he had left town without informing me. For weeks, I was unable to set up a repair date. I dealt with Joe Garcia, who is the owner. He is always available to answer questions. He helped my family and I navigate the insurance claims process with our home insurance to get our roof installed. We had storm damage/wind damage that was causing interior issues in our home. The entire roof crew that came was courteous and cleaned up and also made sure our neighbors yards had no garbage that may have flown their way during the process. Definitely would recommend!
Joe Garcia and his employees are very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Our roof came out great. The crew cleaned up everything and we couldn’t have had a better company install our new roof. I would recommend them to anyone looking for roof repair or installation.
