Living at Ridgeline Apartments has been a pleasant experience overall. I’ve been here for nearly two years, and ever since the new management took over, things have noticeably improved. The team is responsive and proactive — many of the issues and delayed maintenance tasks from the previous management are now being addressed. It’s a gradual process, but the positive changes around the community are definitely visible.
Great place to live, stores and shops nearby, good neighborhood also
First impressions are everything. My car Got Towed and so i went into the office to ask for the towing number / info. I was cheerful walking in as im not a confrontational person and the situation was awkward and i was met with Office staff that was not very personable or empathetic in my stressful situation. Girl was doing her make up at her desk and seemed irritated by me asking for the towing number. Super defensive and weird... if your Job is Customer Service, do better...
DONT MOVE IN HERE SAVE YOURSELF ALOT OF TROUBLE... If you are thinking of moving here... see pictures below and look at "recent" reviews. Property management office personnel are not suitable for the dealing with tenants. They are dismissive and condescending. No people skills. It's really a tragedy to pay so much money and live in a dump like this. Bruno is maintenance guy. He's professional and comes when they tell him.
DONT MOVE IN HERE SAVE YOURSELF ALOT OF TROUBLE...Haven't had the best results with property management lately...but this place is the worst. My bathroom toilet just overflowed due to their plumbing issues. I called the office and she said maintenance is at lunch, they wont be there for an hour. I said it's overflowing and she said we'll it'll be an hour. Thankfully I know how to turn off the water. I went to the office over an hour later to drop rent check and ask about overflow.
