Daryl with Ridgeline is a PRO! We replaced our old vendor with him and straight away knew we had made the correct choice. He was honest and upfront about a repair that he could do and could charge us for, but that repair would endanger our long term results and end up costing us more money. They installed a new door and opener a little over a year ago. Things were great until a couple of weeks ago the door would stay down. We checked the sensors they were fine. The readout on the opener says that it was overdriving. They scheduled an appointment for today between 9-10. And informed me that it was the sensors and they’re not covered under the warranty so there’s a$115 fee. I said ok because I this point I just need the convenience for opening and closing as needed. I reached out to the owner & requested a technician due to an emergency I had. I was given a next day 10-12pm window. However, nobody showed up & when I followed up I didn’t get a response. It’s been almost 2 days & I still haven’t been contacted. I left 2 stars instead of one because I did reached out late & last minute & the owner is cool, but my experience was not very pleasant
this company is hard to get ahold of, a deposit was paid for a service, it's been weeks now and no update from the company. I call the number on their website and goes to voicemail, I leave a voicemail and no one ever gives me a call back. It's been weeks now and they have gone completely ghost on me. I have tried email, calls and texts.
