Being new to the area and based on a recommendation, we asked Ridgeline Home Inspection Services to inspect the home we are planning to purchase soon. This is our 5th purchase over the past 35 years and, frankly, I did not have a high opinion of the home inspections we have paid for over the years. I was VERY pleased at the level of detail in our report for this home as well as the format and supporting photos provided. Definitely a high point during a stressful time.
Jim is extremely thorough with the home inspection process and leaves no stone unturned. I appreciated his detailed breakdown of findings and how both on person and on paper, he took the time to explain everything.
