Called Ridgeline Heating and Cooling on 01/28/25, they answered, and sent someone out right away that day. He Looked at it, of course i needed a new one, went belly up. It was 50 years old, hard to get parts, lasted a lifetime almost. They had a brand new one installed very next day, had heat by 2pm. At 1 below zero that night, I was very thankful to get it so quick and with such great service. I called 4 other places previously, left messages, and no call back..
