Called Ridgeline Heating and Cooling on 01/28/25, they answered, and sent someone out right away that day. He Looked at it, of course i needed a new one, went belly up. It was 50 years old, hard to get parts, lasted a lifetime almost. They had a brand new one installed very next day, had heat by 2pm. At 1 below zero that night, I was very thankful to get it so quick and with such great service. I called 4 other places previously, left messages, and no call back.. My parents' furnace quit working in the middle of the night when it was -30 degrees. My dad called Ridgeline and Mike was there by 9 am. He said he'd already had 32 calls so far that morning. Oh, it was a Saturday morning, and he was still out in the brutal cold getting people fixed back up. He determined the issue and said they stopped making that unit and parts could be hard to get.
