We have a leak that needs repair. Ridgeline “repaired it” unfortunately we paid them in full only to have it rain the next day. Same leaks in the same locations. At first we were told they’d send someone as soon as the owner returned. Which sounded sketchy. No one has returned and they have completely ghosted us.
Ridgeline Home Services absolutely exceeded my expectations when I hired them to replace my roof. After receiving a comprehensive estimate, I was confident in their professionalism and friendly communications. They went above and beyond expectations after finding some issues along the way and corrected them while keeping me updated. I highly recommend Ridgeline to anyone seeking reliable and skilled roofing services. I would eagerly consider hiring them again for any future home projects they may offer.
When reaching out to several roofing companies in the Ogunquit/Wells/York/Sanford area for an emergency roof replacement, Ridgeline was the most responsive, honest, detail oriented and customer focused of all the companies. The actual work was just as impressive as the customer service from the owner and his team. Dates & time commitments were met, the cleanliness after the job was like they were never at our house. Lastly, they shared pics of the project progress. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Wayne and his team!!!
