They demand money up front, then when your insurance company comes back saying you overpaid, they refuse to refund your money under the premise of “oh well we haven’t billed a portion of the procedure yet”. Well it’s been THREE MONTHS and it STILL hasn’t been billed to my insurance company and we still haven’t seen a refund!! Had they billed our insurance company in a timely manner, we would have met our deductible 3 months ago!
