I’ve been getting massages for 20 plus years now, and Phil had techniques I’d never seen before. I’d been having neck and shoulder pain, and his method focuses right in on where it hurts, working on getting that muscle to release its tension and learn how to be at rest again. Phil is absolutely amazing and knows what he is doing. I was here visiting family and needed a good massage. I checked out Ridgeline Bodywork and was so impressed. He did a great job working out all my kinks. Highly recommend Phil! Whenever I am in town I will definitely get a massage from Phil.

If you are looking to have tight spots and specific areas worked on but have only found spa like settings Ridgeline bodywork is the answer. Phil has great communication skills to gets to the root of your pain, and continued questioning and check ins though the whole appointment to ensure good results. This is a hidden gem that we have needed in the area.
