Jodie s brother started the company in 1985 by selling door viewers (peepholes) out of a station wagon and was called The Private Eye. By listening to the needs of his customers and increasing his inventory to include deadbolts and drawer guides, builders and carpenters became the main target audience. Shawn was very helpful and had us a new deadbolt with keys in minutes! Shop local not Lowe's!
They have great customer service and are fast. Highly recommend this company!
Over the last 3 weeks RSH has helped us replace hard-to-find pulls and knobs, and came to the house to rekey. We also purchased one of the new keyless digital entry sets and love it. Every single step has been with exceptional service, has been on time, and has helped us to be aware of hurdles we never would have thought of. Just outstanding service and products.
These folks have what you need. Better than the big box stores and not more expensive.
