Over the last 3 weeks RSH has helped us replace hard-to-find pulls and knobs, and came to the house to rekey. We also purchased one of the new keyless digital entry sets and love it. Every single step has been with exceptional service, has been on time, and has helped us to be aware of hurdles we never would have thought of. Just outstanding service and products.
These folks have what you need. Better than the big box stores and not more expensive.
