I never had a issue with this dealership until now from my understanding I wasn't aware this dealership was under new management I purchase my truck February of last year. I purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado in April and the transmission is already gone out. I called them and they said it was just a misfire. I took the truck to ******** *** in Terry, MS for an oil change and the check engine light was on and was told that it was the transmission. This dealership is absolutely THE BEST! My husband and I bought a Corvette there 4 months ago. It was a great experience. Everyone went above and beyond for us. I dealt with ********* *******(Sales Associate) and ***** *****(General Manager). Typically, I hate going into car dealerships because I always feel like they definitely do NOT have my best interests at the fore of any deal being made. My experience with Ridgeland Mitsubishi was just the opposite. ***** went out of his way to help me. Great customer service! **** was wonderful! The manager also helped with every step. They went above and beyond to help me get my title released from another state, and in a timely manner. The car selection and prices were great as well. They had exactly what I was looking for and was able to purchase it at a price I could afford! They even gave me a free TV! Would highly recommend!!
