ive been living here a little over a year when i first sign the least didnt now the first month was free so i paid the deposit and got the mnth free ever since then i never had a problem with owners or anybody to me this is a good place to live at im coming up on my second year evryone is nice and friendly
BEWARE OF YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT! My friend and I rented an apartment in May 08.We were students at Hope and would be graduating in May09. The management knew we were only to be there one year. In September my friend up and quit school leaving me with the lease for the remainder of the school year. They allowed her to take her name off the lease at that time. I lived here and the people that own it seem to be nice in the beginning but the longer I lived there the more problems that I had with the owners. They dont stay true to there words about having the first month free.
