These apartments do not have laundry facilities anymore and I never received notice that they closed all laundry rooms permanently on the grounds. It's very disappointing when the purpose of renting was partially due to the laundry facilities available. The rent keeps going up and still no laundry room. I hope they figure out a way to bring them back in service since upstairs units do not have washer/ dryer hook ups. Applied to apartment they wasted 2 weeks of my time whoever the "supervisor " is made me wait 2 weeks before telling me I was denied and didn't even give a good reason or way to contact them. Only good thing is the apartment manager Blanca she was very nice and helpful she apologized for everything but still interested in finding out the coward supervisor who wouldn't even give a name or contact number STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Highly recommended if your budget is under $1200 for two bedroom. Can accommodate 2 car parking. Our unit was so quiet and peaceful. Big thanks to Ms April for taking care of us.
