I have only had great experiences here. The whole staff from the front desk to the doctors have been friendly, competent and compassionate. Dr Chu specifically has be so great, I’m so glad to have found a doctor that I can trust. I highly recommend.
Dr. Chu is absolutely fantastic! I have never had a dr who cared so much!! Her and her staff are truly fantastic! Never experienced such a compassionate dr who hears you and cares about you! Thank you Dr. Chu
Dr. Chu is dismissive when patients are presenting their symptoms. I was complaining of debilitating cramps when I am not menstruating and Dr. Chu had the audacity to tell me that it has nothing to do with the polyp that was found on ultrasound at her clinic. I will never go back to this doctor. EDIT; polyp was removed by a different doctor and my quality of life has improved. Dr Chu is not to thank for that! She was dismissive and did nothing but tell me my symptoms had nothing to do with the polyp. Terrible doctor.
Im so frustrated with this place. On my last appointment I found out that they mixed my paperwork with somebody elses and made me think I had some health issues which I did not. I gave them another chance and now they cant find the lab orders that my doctor said I needed within their system. It is frustrating because this is my health we are talking about and they are unorganized and dismissive about it. go elsewhere, i know i am moving forward.
