I do not advise you to rent a home here, the managers will not get through and our deposit was not returned. It is $ 1,500 and they hung $4,500 on us for allegedly not warning them about the move. I have LOVED my time here at RidgeGate. The leasing staff is so personable and kind. All maintenance requests are addressed promptly. You can't beat the location and the building is beautifully maintained. I plan to renew my lease!
We LOVE our Ridgegate apartment! We have found our apartment home! The staff is excellent and maintenance responded immediately to our call for help with our air conditioninng.
Not impressed Issues are in order of occurrence 1: catfished on tour unit, place was much better maintained, had better carpet that did not need to be replaced 2 tenants ago (was vacuuming up long black hair for 2 months after move-in), didn't have cracking grout, peeling veneer on cabinets, and had a dishwasher that was not 2 decades old. 2. Very nicely appointed and quiet place. Personable and professional management. Love the bright daylight coming through the large windows and clean white kitchen!
