Terrible staff. Outright nasty and vicious employees. Will not allow me to make an appointment for the dog (who is rather ill at moment) that is the replacement to the dog that died under their care because the replacement dog has not been seen by them before and they are not accepting new patients. The staff are all awe strikingly lacking in souls, rude, and offensive. Not suitable for use by humans. Stay away!
Excellect Veterinary care I have taken all of my pets here for over 25 years. The staff is compassionate and caring and the vets are the best I've ever found. The prices are reasonable for the area and they help you make informed decisions about your pet's care. They don't try to sell services you don't need. I like this business because they still give the small-town feeling of being a part of your family and they always call after procedures to see how your pet is doing. The best! I have been taking my animal to Dr Dann for over ten years. It is a wonderful place. He went out of his way to take great care of my very sick Scottie over Thankgsgiving when I first started going to see him and I have been loyal to them ever since. The staff is very caring and knowledgeable and you can get an emergency appt when you need one when they are open. They were even tolerant of my craziest Scottie who hated going to the vet and had to be sedated!
They are the worst ! Charged me 600.00 and didn’t tell me for two shots . My dog then got sick and I called all day and finally got a hold of someone and 5:04 and she said everyone left for the day and there is nobody to help . I said my dog is sick now and she said ... we can see him tomorrow afternoon. I don’t know what to do now I said !! They aslo gave a tick medication that causes my dog (KC Cavalier) major side effects . They don’t give a crap . That’s obvious .

They know nothing about pet nutrition. I schooled them after they made dangerous false claims and my review appears to be gone. I went into detail talking about enzymes dogs have in their small intestine etc and they responded by calling me names and telling me I made spelling errors

We joined the Ridgefield Veterinary Center family a year ago - and they truly feel like family. It is so reassuring to watch them care for our puppy as if she were one of their own. Not only is veterinary care top notch here, but the boarding is as well. They truly go above and beyond! ❤️
