It's very difficult to get Ridgefield Power Equipment to pick up your equipment for service. Months passed. No communication. I call, start over, then nothing, again and again. I looked up authorized service centers for my equipment, a portable generator, and they picked it up the next day. This place would be OK if it were the last place on earth, which is how it treats customers.
