The truth is Ridgefield Place has been misrepresented on this website. Since October 2018, after Hurricane Michael, category 5 damaged the property. Also, Pine Ridge Estates is owned by the same company. Both properties are Fairway Management, Inc. Both properties have closed the fitness rooms and the business centers. Ridgefield Place Playground is not safe. The equipment is a total hazard for everyone. Hurricane Michael destroyed the pavilion and FWM still hasn't rebuilt it. The garage remotes need replacing.
